The Lion Wine Room reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, we will notify this action by email or phone, using the contact details supplied.  Monies paid will be refunded using the original method of payment.

All orders are subject to stock being available. 

Vintages and prices are subject to change without notice.

All label images on this site are for illustrative purposes only and some labels may portray a particular vintage, this does not mean that we hold stock of that vintage – always refer to the product description for correct vintage information.

Australian Consumer Law details that we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.  Please choose carefully.  Lion Wine Room acknowledges that on the rare occasion wines can be “faulty”.  If a wine is TCA (corked) or oxidised, we are happy to replace the wine with current vintage.  Always retain your receipt as proof of purchase, is required and we expect the returned bottle to be ¾ full.  Our professional staff will make an assessment of the wine to determine the actual fault, as our suppliers, distributors and winery partners ask for this information, so please don’t be offended.  

Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that back vintage wines are of the finest provenance, ‘Old / Museum’ wines are not guaranteed, and we may need to consult with the designated winery to reach a resolution.
