Vine Age: 20-25 years Winemaking: 100% destemmed then 3 to 4 days cold soak pre fermentation to extract colour. Fermentation in open vat with punching down and gentle pump overs. Gravity feed to 3 to 4 year old barriques for 18 months. Tasting note : Vibrant and juicy with primary notes of red cherries & strawberries with delicate violet notes , the palate is concentrated and shows excellent intensity and drive for this price point!
