Keller ‘Limestone’ 2022

The Limestone Kabinett Riesling is an absolutely gorgeous bottle of wine and a beautiful example of the featherweight delicacy Kabinett Rieslings exhibit. Wonderfully aromatic with notes of white peach, lime blossom and pineapple, displaying more complex mineral and honey notes with time in the glass. The palate is displays excellent depth and concentration of flavor, yet it has the most delicate texture and weight that pass across a tight-rope of zesty acidity. Enjoy with crab cakes or Japanese dishes.
