Moorak ‘Carey Gully’ 2022 Chardonnay

Whole bunch pressed to ferment in seasoned barriques and a second year filled puncheon. All nested on its full solids to gently develop texture without stirring to retain its acidity and drive. Flinty and aromatically intense, similar to its ‘21 predecessor, it holds richness and a solid drive of acidity. With its elegance and maturity, it is most likely our best representation of Chardonnay to date. - Moorak
