Ochota Barrels A Forest Pinot Noir

Amber Ochota is passionate about Pinot, and this is another excellent release of 'A Forest'.

Amber has approached this wine with the same method as Taras. As always, it's a wine made with a hands-off approach. Wild fermented, hand-plunged with a solid portion of whole bunches, gently basket-pressed into seasoned French barriques.

It's unfined and unfiltered with next-to-no sulphur added.

This is an untamed, alluring Pinot full of complexity and intrigue. Not your typical Hills Pinot and absolutely worth trying!
