Ricca Terra 2022 Nero d'Avola

Ash Ratcliff's patch of land in the Riverland is prime real estate for growing Nero d'Avola. Nero was one of the first varieties planted at Ricca Terra. The rich red soils and warm, dry climate make it the perfect place for this lovable grape to thrive. Ash refers to it as his 'King of Kings' for red varieties. It's plump, sweetly fruited but bedded with fine, spicy tannins. Medium-weight but with maximum impact, this is a lovely red wine that is incredibly versatile and is pretty much guaranteed to be universally loved by everyone at your next get-together.
